Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide delivery across the UAE. Shipping fees may apply depending on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. However, unforeseen delays due to weather, customs clearance, or third-party logistics are not the responsibility of AlmassamStore.
  • Customers must inspect the package upon delivery. If the product is damaged or missing, report it to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

Return & Refund Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

 Eligibility for Returns

✔ 7-Day Return Policy: Customers can request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
✔ Unused & Unopened Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ No Damage to Packaging: The box must be sealed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
✔ Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Items sold under clearance or promotional sales.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of tampering.

 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

🔹 Note: Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from AlmassamStore.

 Warranty & Repairs

  • Most products sold by AlmassamStore come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty duration varies based on the product type and brand.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages caused by:
    • Improper installation or misuse.
    • Accidental damage or unauthorized repairs.
    • Electrical surges, water damage, or negligence.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and warranty documents to claim a warranty service.
  • Repairs and warranty claims must be coordinated through AlmassamStore’s customer service team.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible.
  • If an order is canceled due to non-payment or incorrect information, AlmassamStore is not liable for holding the product.

 Limitation of Liability

  • AlmassamStore is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by improper use of our products.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
  • In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
